Dr Alli and Dr Munks have worked together for over 20 years and have acquired experience in all fields of urology.
Over the past 15 years they have been inspired to embrace the advantages that minimally invasive surgery offers to their patients. Through experience gained at international courses they have achieved considerable experience in laparoscopic surgical procedures. This led to selection for training in robotic assisted surgery and certification for prostate cancer and pelvic prolapse procedures using this state-of-the-art technology.

Ozair Alli graduated from medical school in 1995 and qualified as a Urologist in 2004, He has focused on clinical leadership and surgical innovation, previously serving as the Head of Urology at St. Aidan’s Hospital. He has been in private practice since 2007 and currently practices at Mount Edgecombe and Umhlanga Hospitals.

Dean Munks qualified from Stellenbosch University Medical School in 1993. After gaining a broad experience in the various medical fields over 8 years at McCord Mission Hospital in Durban. He completed training as a Urologist at the Nelson Mandela School of Medicine in 2007. Following 3 years as a consultant in the Urology Department at the Medical School, he entered private practice as a urologist with Hussain & Partners Urology Practice in 2011.
